Balance and Falls Risk

We assess all possible causes of clients fall risk, including weakness, stiffness, transfer ability, change of direction control, vestibular feedback, kinetic awareness, footwear and use of assistive devices, then prescribe a personalized plan for our client to decrease their fall risk.

New Patient Phone Consultation

The phone consult is designed to make sure you are a good candidate for physical therapy, to answer questions regarding an upcoming appointment, and to help you begin the road to recovery. 

Physical Therapy Evaluation - $300

90+ minutes

Physical therapy evaluation appointments assess a your entire body to discover the causes of the injury or pain. In this session we develop a plan to help you get back to living your life on your terms. Following the evaluation, treatment begins in this session. Using hands-on techniques, exercises and education you should start feeling better today and know what you need to do to heal.

 Physical Therapy Treatment Session
Packages of $250 to $199 per visit

60+ minutes

Following a Physical Therapy Evaluation Appointment, the treatment session focuses on addressing your injury and causes of injury to decrease symptoms and ensure you are on the road to recovery. Treatment sessions incorporate a therapist's manual therapy skills to help break the pain cycle, improve mobility and improve movement mechanics. Sessions will also incorporate exercises specifically for you to improve how you move to help the return to activities without pain or risk of reinjury.

Performance & Preventative Care Session

Time and pricing varies

If you want to improve your performance in a sport, decrease your risk of injury, improve your balance, improve your posture, or just become more healthy, we can work with you to help you achieve your goals. Physical therapy isn't just for people with injuries.  We can help you become the best version of yourself. These services include running form analysis and golf swing analysis.
