Running Through Pain Won't Fix It

Pain That Keeps Returning

Rest and generic PT treat the symptom, not the cause. Without addressing the true root, the pain returns — and your goals stay out of reach.

Assembly-Line Therapy

Rushed sessions with assistants and cookie-cutter exercise plans don't address your individual biomechanics or training demands.

The Reinjury Cycle

Without knowing why you got hurt, reinjury is almost inevitable — keeping you stuck in a cycle of pain, rest, and missed miles.

Why Forest Runners Choose 3D Movement & Rehab

We go beyond standard physical therapy. Every session is one-on-one with Dr. DeWitt — a doctorate-level PT, certified running coach, and former triathlete who treats the whole runner, not just the injury. Personalized. Thorough. Results-driven.

  • One-on-one care with a doctorate-level physical therapist — every visit, every time

  • Mobile concierge PT: we come to your home, gym, field, or office throughout Forest and Lynchburg

  • 90+ minute root-cause evaluations across all three planes of motion — so your injury doesn't come back

"Following multiple patellar dislocations and a resulting MPFL surgery, our 15-year-old daughter wasn't convinced she would ever dance pain free again. During the first 10 minutes of our initial visit, Cash gave our daughter more hope and confidence than she had felt in months. Cash truly listens and asks questions to find the root of the problem. Our daughter is back to dance with an increased knowledge of what she can do to prevent future injuries."
